The Role

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for the brand’s visual footprint across various premium locations in Melbourne. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Executing world-class window displays and in-store merchandising.

• Traveling across Melbourne to maintain brand consistency and excellence.

• Providing "on-the-spot" training to retail partners on product features and brand story.

• Collaborating with the wider team to drive sales through impeccable presentation.

Who You Are

You are a polished professional who understands that in the luxury world, details matter. You don't just follow a planogram; you understand the why behind the placement.

Your Toolkit:

• Experience: Previous VM experience within the premium or luxury sector (watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion is a plus).

• Technical Curiosity: A genuine interest in learning about complex, technical products.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills - you’re as comfortable training a team as you are styling a cabinet.

• Drive: You are self-motivated, results-driven, and love the freedom of working independently.

• The Basics: A valid Australian Driver’s License is essential. A VM qualification is highly regarded but not a dealbreaker if you have the runs on the board.
